Charlie first discovered Charleston on a whim—applying to the College of Charleston sight unseen and quickly falling in love with the city’s charm. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration, he launched his career in Chicago, gaining valuable experience in both beverage and logistics sales.

Drawn back to the Lowcountry, Charlie now applies his strong background in sales and client service—along with a consistently positive outlook—to help clients navigate leasing, dispositions, acquisitions, and syndications across Charleston’s commercial real estate market.

When Charlie isn't working, he's either on the golf course, soaking up some rays at the beach, or trying new restaurants around town with his wife, Kristen. The two were married in June 2024 and live in downtown Charleston.
